Besides that, ignore it. I will accept chapbook submissions in March, May, July, & November, and whenever else I feel like it. I will never charge to read submissions. Instead, this is the rub: If you want to submit to Catfish Press, go out and buy three books (right now) from our favorite chapbook presses (check out the DIY tag above). If I am reading your submission, I assume you’ve already spent your hard earned money to support another starving press. Perfect. And no whining. I don’t owe you anything. You don’t owe me anything.
